sixfive cancellation policy allows customers to cancel order before they are dispatched.
- First go to My Account page and select Orders Option.
- Find the order you want to cancel and click on it to view the details. You’ll see a Cancel button next to the order. Click on it.
- Select a reason for cancellation from the provided options. Confirm your choice to cancel the order.
- sixfive will process the cancellation, and you’ll receive a confirmation notification or email.
Refund Process (if applicable)
If you’ve already paid for the order, sixfive will initiate the refund, which usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on the payment method.
