2Â How to Initiate a Return
2.1 Return Process

- Select the order/item you wish to return and click on “Return.”
- Fill out the return form, providing:
         Reason for return (e.g., defective, wrong item).
         Photos or videos of the product (if applicable).
- Submit the request and await approval from our customer service team

Once your return request is approved, you will receive, Confirmation email with return instructions.
